Before had his diploma at Technical University of Budapest (Wireless Communications) in 1992. Work experience mainly related to his leadership at AFF Ltd. He works as general manager (managing 15 persons). His responsibilities: managing development of online mobile applications to all Mobile Network Operators in Hungary. Managing development of mobile contents including J2ME applications. Selling mobile content and services on different media channels. He also runs parallel R&D activities as mobile technology needs always this kind of activity to keep the step up with competition. Till 2001 he worked at Motorola as manager of Application Development business unit (managing 5 persons). Csaba took care of sales activity at Mobile Operators, mobile application consulting, analysis of application business value based on market data, leading WAP/GPRS, JAVA application development projects, building developer partner network (local, international), offering solution to mobile operators (answer to RFI, proposal). Organized workshops for developers, customers, presentation of technology and market trends. Before he was Key Account Manager, Telecommunications at Oracle. He was selling Oracle ERPs and RDBMS. Csaba has good undrestanding on telco business processes, consulting with customers on solutions, organization of meetings, worksops, leading of consultant team in the sales cycle. For 5 years he was team leader of ERP Projects at Hungarian Telecom, leading Datawarehouse's Business Process Team (8 months with 6 persons), team leader of MATÁV’s other ERP projects in the area of service provisioning (OSS, CRM), deputy leader of Customer Service Office for key accounts (1 year with 33 persons), consulting with customers and handling large enterprises' installation projects. |
