Susanne Molkentin-Lacuve

Susanne Molkentin-Lacuve joined Bouygues Telecom in 1998. Initially in charge of International Benchmarking in the Marketing Department, Susanne became Marketing Manager in the Roaming Department two years later. In 2002, Susanne moved to the B2B Department where she took responsibility for business development and sales force support.

Since 2006, Susanne has been in charge of Mobile Contactless Marketing and Business Development for Transport Services. She was responsible for two NFC pilot projects, one in Paris with RATP and SNCF and another with SEMITAG and Transdev in Grenoble. Both gave excellent customer feedback with 95 % of customers interested in the service. Susanne is a member of the ULYSSE working group, a French initiative of the main mobile operators and transportation companies, which aims to define a transport ticketing solution for mobile phones.
